The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Jiefangbei and Bayi Food Street. The room is very clean, and the smart toilet is highly praised. The bed is extremely comfortable to sleep in, and the breakfast is delicious too. Additionally, the hotel staff provides excellent service, and they proactively communicated via email in advance to confirm the arrival time

We had a wonderful stay at the Skyline Curated Hotel. Our room on the 33rd floor was very spacious, quiet, and clean. It also had a great view of the Yangtze River and the skyline - a true wow! Jackson, the Service Manager, and his staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful. Jackson personally took us around the city to show us the important sites, as we only had 1-1/2 day to explore Chongqing. He also helped us find a restaurant serving our favorite Chinese delicacy - bird's nest - and even arranged for our clothes to be washed, saving us time! The Skyline offers 5-star service for an affordable price - we highly recommend this hotel!

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like, the service I received from 🌙 was next to none. This is not paid and it’s real, I loved every little bit! It was my first time in chongqing and they helped me though everything from taxis, to food places to excursions they did it all for me. I made the mistake of staying somewhere else for a few days as I thought I’d try different areas in Chongqing and I really did miss this hotel!

The support and friendliness of the staff was exemplary. I was able to find the hotel and other destinations very easily thanks to the help of the brilliant hotel manager Rebecca. She sent me detailed recommendations and tips for my stay, adding plenty of context for me to decide what to see in my limited time there. I was also able to find everything with her help. I have never had a better hotel experience, all of the staff very kind and humourous. The food was also excellent and the location was beautiful and serene. A little rooftop oasis. Cannot be recommended enough

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.
