We had a wonderful stay at the Skyline Curated Hotel. Our room on the 33rd floor was very spacious, quiet, and clean. It also had a great view of the Yangtze River and the skyline - a true wow! Jackson, the Service Manager, and his staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful. Jackson personally took us around the city to show us the important sites, as we only had 1-1/2 day to explore Chongqing. He also helped us find a restaurant serving our favorite Chinese delicacy - bird's nest - and even arranged for our clothes to be washed, saving us time! The Skyline offers 5-star service for an affordable price - we highly recommend this hotel!

everything was perfect. The room, the hotel location, the bed, the products, not a single flaw. I fear I won't be able to appreciate any other hotel room after that experience. I highly recommend this Iseya if you want to fully enjoy your trip in Chongqing. I must dedicate a special review for Coke. Since I did add her on WeChat way before being in China, she been helpful for everything. I asked if I could see the room and the view by night, she went record a video and sent it to me. I asked for chinese fashion brands and she gave me adresses for shopping. I wanted to order food but I had not a chinese number, she gave me her number. I was looking for a fragrance shop and couldn't find it, she gave me 10 adresses. Then I wanted to order clothes before leaving China, she tried to help me as much as she could to buy it for me. I never been treated like that before and probably will never again. If the luck is by your side during your stay to have Coke («Orange») as your butler, you can feel glad and grateful because you may miss nothing but time to enjoy her kindness. Coke you're an angel and I hope to see you soon!

Front desk staff were really helpful in helping me book for the 1 day trip to Wulong Karst & Fairy Mountain. Wayyy cheaper than booking online. It's only roughly 400RMB for the 1 day trip. look for the manager Rebecca if she's there at the outlet if you need any help, she can speak fluent English. Other front desk staff can also speak simple English :). And also a bonus, they help you wash, dry+fold your laundry for free! Just give them a basket of your dirty clothes and they'll wash it clean and return to your room! It's a lil bit tricky to find the hotel, but they will send you pictures on how to walk with directions so you don't get lost :)
