The whole place has a nice, cosy ambience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. The spa is great. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a large 3 bedroom apartment. It has all amentities you want when travelling with kids. The pool area was incredible with build in spas overlooking snow capped mountains. Pools are heated. Across the road from Lake Lucerne where we could kayak.

The service by John and Noah was excellent! The property is away from hustle and bustle of the city centre and is quite. It’s easily accessible by a 10 min bus ride from the hotel and they give you a free bus pass. Excellent location
