The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

very beautiful location, the windows offer a crazy view of the lake, the interior of the hotel consists of expensive materials, very pleasant smells of soap, shampoo, shower gel, lotion, rubber slippers are issued that will not turn into garbage after one use. very kind staff. The drain in the bathroom is not clogged as is often the case in hotels. good prices for parking and bar. Thank you for this level of service

Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.

An amazing find. A great hotel in a wonderful location with friendly, helpful staff, a restaurant for evening meal and breakfast overlooking the lake, with excellent food.A room with a view and comfortable bed and pillows. A warm outside jacuzzi and swimming pool with lovely views and the bonus of a sauna and steam room - marvelous.

I like the wellness area but there is no spa . No water heater at room to make coffee immediately or to make warm water . Reception staff said you should come to downstairs dinning area every time for coffee When given the feedback at reception . Which i feel very much uncomfortable

Stunning views, grounds and exterior lakeside terrace. Spa area was lovely and the outdoor Gondola sauna was a nice touch. We also enjoyed delicious food at the restaurant and by the lake. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was also friendly and welcoming.

The staff. Extremely helpful and attentive. The Reception office, in particular, is very welcoming and go beyond their way to make your stay really great. The location and views are also stunning. Having the spa right there, in front of the lake and mountains, is incredible. Totally recommend. Very relaxing and well connected to the Rigi mountain train and circuits

Our stay was really pleasant. The location is breathtaking. The swimming pool and the wellness centre were our favorite parts, perfect to relax and enjoy the nature around. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choice.

The best hotel ever! Stunning view from my room, excellent facilities, beautiful breakfast, swimming pool, spa and sauna. The reception is super helpful and welcoming. Naiara the front lady is the nicest person, she went above and beyond to accommendate us, as such we extended our stay by another night. I would give 11 stars if I could!
