This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The breakfast offered unique and delightful options, and the dinner was equally distinctive with its local flavors. Highly recommended！

Service was amazing, hotel building was like castles, and very clean rooms. Spa was one of the best in the world. All restaurant's was crazy good, special wagyu A5 shushi dish is next level, hotel have 6 wine chamber with special wine selection from France, Italy if you wine lovers this is place to be.

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

Fantastic location on lake shore. The hotel has pleasant traditional-Style charm. Staff was very friendly. Our room (106) faced the water and offered comfortable beds, a spacious, modern bathroom and a spacious terrace. The room was quiet with windows closed. The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast, with an outstanding breakfast buffet.
