This is a perfect location - directly opposite the station but I found the room extremely quiet and even had a little enclosed balcony where I could watch the busy town below. This is a superb hotel in every way - it was my third stay and I hope to return.

The room was lovely. It was clean, comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. We had exceptional service from all staff without exception. Some people might say that the hotel is expensive but in my opinion it is well worth the cost. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer!!

Staff is efficient, especially the front desk staff that was in the night shift when we arrived. They were able to overcome an unpleasant situation very well. Not everyone is equipped to solve problems in the way they did. I also liked the treats that were in our room when we arrived.

The location and view from the hotel is amazing. You have a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Very beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and more special than a standard hotel breakfast. The personnel was very friendly and they tried to accommodate in every way possible. Per friendly is a plus!

It is a very old and beautiful building. Staff at the reception esp the blond guy with the beard and at the continental breakfast buffet was super polite.
