The restaurant served amazing food.:-) We liked the Spa a lot:-) Our room in the main building was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious too:-) We went there in spring (There were not a lot of people). Thun Old Town is very close.:-) (15 min. by car)

Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!
