I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

The restaurant served amazing food.:-) We liked the Spa a lot:-) Our room in the main building was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious too:-) We went there in spring (There were not a lot of people). Thun Old Town is very close.:-) (15 min. by car)

Great place! Surrounded by great nature. Clean and modern. Breakfast was also very nice. Wellness definitely did not disappoint. We had some great ice cream at the hotel for those summer nights. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Spacious comfortable apartment in a typical Swiss Chalet near the lake. Great location for trips to the local sights. Shops around the corner. Nice touch for Christmas was the real tree with lovely decorations. We enjoyed our stay visiting the local sights and family.

Good location with a great lake view. Enough parking lots available, even for bigger cars (outdoor space and 2x underground parkings). Very friendly staff and owners, pet friendly behaviour. Great patio. Restaurant in-house. All expectations were met.

Great location! Nice staff and good service. Free gym is a surprise. They also provided 4 bottle of water and some fruit for free when we arrived. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is very practical. Fantastic lake and Mountain View!
