I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

Great place! Surrounded by great nature. Clean and modern. Breakfast was also very nice. Wellness definitely did not disappoint. We had some great ice cream at the hotel for those summer nights. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

The staff in this location really went out of their way to make us feel at home, if it was the complimentary drinks the immediately offered the moment we stepped in to the personal touch with the service all around. The location has amazing view from the dinning room and terrace and a parking spot a few steps away. The breakfast had many options including Gluten free bread.
