Perfect communication with Marco, nice river view, well-equipped room (by the way, we were upgraded to a suite!). A possibility to get an early check-in and late check-out (it is a very simple process). Plus, some tasty snacks were left by the staff :).

Ideal position, close to the city center thanks to frequent train and bus connections that position Zurich Bahnhof within 5 minutes by public transportation, thanks to very close proximity with Zürich Altstetten station. Outstanding Hotel personnel from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
