1. The location is good, living near the lake is pretty good. (Interlaken is too crowded, if you like view of lake and quiet place, I'll suggest living in Spiez) 2. service and equipment is good.

Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Everything. We travel a lot and have travelled around Europe but this hotel was above and beyond any place we have stayed so far. The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

Everything!!! Just come and enjoy! P.S for the first day,youd better call the hotel to know where is the entrance of the elevator in the old town. otherwise you need to climb a small mountain with all your heavy luggage as me T.T

We love this place so much. Yes we have to drive up but the drive there was simply beautiful. This place has an amazing view and even more amazing host. Family Wicki provided us with some groceries when we urgently needed them cos we did not realize the stores would be closed early. They were always in touch with us, asking how we were and met us personally. I would highly recommend this place!

Overlooking Lake Thun, the Dorint Blüemlisalp offers very spacious, south-facing rooms with a balcony and panoramic views of the Alps.

Incredible panorama above the lake and with view at the mountains, the pool is incredible, they offer bathrobe and slippers from the hotel, the personal at the reception is really kind and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of food. They also offer you free transport by bus within the time you are hosted at the hotel. Definitely I would come back.

Good location with a great lake view. Enough parking lots available, even for bigger cars (outdoor space and 2x underground parkings). Very friendly staff and owners, pet friendly behaviour. Great patio. Restaurant in-house. All expectations were met.
