Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Thank you so much for this amazing stay.

Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

Spacious comfortable apartment in a typical Swiss Chalet near the lake. Great location for trips to the local sights. Shops around the corner. Nice touch for Christmas was the real tree with lovely decorations. We enjoyed our stay visiting the local sights and family.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She shared detailed information about the surroundings and the hotel. The teddy bears she gave to the children were a very well thought out detail. There were very nice facilities for families with children, such as a pool, a playground.It has free parking are and very good breakfast. The restaurant was good for dinner. The restaurant served amazing food.:-) We liked the Spa a lot:-) Our room in the main building was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious too:-) We went there in spring (There were not a lot of people). Thun Old Town is very close.:-) (15 min. by car)
