Everything. Very idyllic location with a great view on the lake Thun and the mountains. The appartment is very well equipped, cosy spacious (perfect for a family). The baby cot was made available. The access to the swimming pool and spa/saunas of the hotel next door is a huge plus. We liked it a lot.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service.
