The facility was amazing, well kept and clean at a great location Service was excellent from the moment of booking till departure: - every member of the staff was super lovely and helpful, they all speak several languages perfectly - we felt super pampered - loved the transportation service from the parking to the hotel and to the slopes, including the personal locker - food was excellent, mini bar was free for non-alcoholic beverages and beer, Nespresso machine in the room - the fitness was also well equipped, spacious and tranquil - wellness facilities were also super premium, relaxing and comfortable - towel replacement, detox water, fruits and nuts offered all day

The hotel is vey central in q the village We had an excellent staying at this hotel The personnel of this hotel gave the best hospitality that it could be given. Wictoria in the reception always helpful with very good tips what to do and the ladies in the breakfast took good care of us and the Chef of rhe the Hotel a very nice gentleman who was there to answer all our questions The breakfast with house made yogurt Nd butter was the highlight The spa facilities were excellent and always prepared to be used and very clean The view from the hotel room was excellent and make you feel happy to start the day We will come back to this hotel as they matched 100 pct the hospitality rate Thank you for those nice days in your hotel

Great breakfast. Great spa. Kids were allowed to use the spa. We had a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. The ski lifts are not very close, but the ski equipment can be left in the lockers closer to the slopes.

Hotel Europa is situated in a slightly elevated position in the centre of Saas Fee, with a beautiful view of the Saas Mountains and glaciers. It features a modern spa area. Most rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is nicely located, our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location ist good, and there is a convenient taxi-service to go to the slopes and back. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They gave us a coupe very useful tipps which we much appreciated. The breakfast buffet abundant and with many different options. We had dinner at the restaurant both evenings, and I must say the fondue Valaisienne is definitely recommendable :-)

Everything was incredible, the spa, the breakfast, the room, the location and above all the reception staff, specifically Sofia, she was really nice. They take great care of the details and the client, I would definitely repeat.

Very nice little studio close to the piste. They have a Ski room where you can deposit your winter gear. It’s a great place for skiing or snowboarding!
