Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Regina is the best Hotel in Wengen. Having stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in June 2025 I can say that services are impeccable including the suites and the food. The location is perfect next to the station. What stands out the most is the outstanding service, attention to detail and the wonderful views. They upgraded us from the junior suite to the absolutely gorgeous suite for our entire stay without any charges.
