Amazing location and experience. Superb views from balcony. Staff is great and helpful, we needed a bit medical attention, all was organized. Room was small, but sufficient. Spa is great, not large, but we were lucky to have opportunity to sunbath outside - plenty of space - cozy and nice. towels, bathrobes good quality. Good cocktails, not so expensive for Switzerland :) Great stay, walking distance to few bars, we found one store, close to hiking trails and table cars. Super quiet! Love to come back!

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice
