Amazing Stay in Montreux! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered every comfort we could ask for. The highlight of our stay was the mesmerizing view from our room – truly breathtaking and worth every penny. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The view from our room was excellent, the lake, swans, ducks, snowed mountains and boats were amazing. The location was extraordinary, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were amazing. Artemisa, Leandro and Bruna were very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us and gave us what we needed and everyone from room service helped us as well. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work in making our stay so welcoming and wonderful, we really appreciate it. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Montreux, believe me, you won’t regret it ❤️
