The rooms were spacious enough, toilets were clean and working, heater was working well. The property owner were very kind to allow us early check in and left luggage after check out for us to explore lucern and mount titlis. The free bus tickets were a bonus. Would surely come again given the chance. Bus stand just in front of the hotel, very very convenient..👍

This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.
