Very nice and helpful staff The location and view was AMAZING Breakfast was delicious Cozy room and the bathroom was well equipped (the shampoo, conditionner and body wash smelled great) We unfortunetely didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant but we ordered room service (you should order the penne vodka, it was DELICIOUS)

The room was wonderfully spacious and the beds and linen excellent! And what a magnificent view! There’s a very personal feel everywhere in the hotel - great fitness ans spa and fabulous breakfast too. Very professional and discreet service make this hotel to a perfect place to relax and feel good. The fondue-chinoise we enjoyed in their cosy and class restaurant was an event in itself. I would return to the Hermitage with pleasure, maybe in summer next time, to enjoy the lake.
