This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

Great location with the hotel next to the small lake. Very merry stuff that was welcoming with anything was needed. Great dinners too!

Everything! The location, the room, decor, staff (amazing), attention to details, the food and the spa. Very hard to beat this hotel. Lovely touches included remembering our preferred coffee and bread at breakfast and providing us with a little bag of snacks for our long journey home. A fabulous hotel.

The apartment was five star, recently redecorated and nothing missing during our stay. 5-10 minutes walk to the City's car park, supermarket, bus station, and cable car. Saas-Fee is peaceful destitation (never met crowd or queue) in the summer for hiking and skiing (yes skiing in summer above 3500 meter!). The local taxes includes unlimited Postbus and cable car usage in Saastal. Marmots everywhere on the hills :)

Newly-renovated in December 2013, Elite Alpine Lodge (Apart & Breakfast) is located in 200 metres from Saas-Fee centre and a 5-minute walk from the LSF Cable Car.

Wonderful weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge We had the most amazing weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge! Everything was just right, from the cozy yet luxurious accommodations to the top-notch amenities including awesome breakfast, spa&sauna and late check out on Sunday. The attention to detail throughout the lodge was truly impressive and made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the service - it was simply outstanding. The owners were not only professional, but incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and cared for.
