This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

I can be a clean freak and the room was spotless. It is so important to me. Very comfortable room, had all it needed, easily accessible and helpful lovely staff. Kitchen staff went out of the way to prepare vegan breakfast for me.. thank you very much ♡ I felt very looked after.

Right outside Zurich Altstetten station, 2 stops after main Bahnhof. 5 minute walk from the hotel to trains which run with superb precision in Switzerland compare to UK! and very well soundproofed rooms. Lovely large rooms for 3 adults, very relaxing, particularly after our 4 day mountain walks and cycling. I can imagine it'll be great for business travellers. Outside seating area for breakfast and coffee etc is nice and comfortable and you don't feel the effect of the trains running in a negative manner. The spa looked great, adequate gym, and lovely relaxation rooms to chill in if you needed. Our rooms gave a free Starbucks coffee voucher and a bottle of water. We didn't have breakfast. I'd definitely stay again, price is great and within in 15 minutes you're in the city centre.

The nicest hotel ever. Bed was massive, and so comfortable. Staff were just beyond fabulous, super helpful, Simone on reception was particularly great! Spa area was gorgeous. Food was amazing, drinks and the choices of drinks available was perfect. Loved every minute and can’t wait to go back. Room service breakfast was huge, and so tasty! The room was huge, the decor of the hotel was gorgeous. Check in and out was smooth and they even dropped us down to the train when we were leaving. Can’t wait to go back!
