Amazing stay, excellent breakfast, spacious room got an immediate upgrade. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Location is fantastic, just next to Coop and also few mins away from Altstatten train station which is 6 mins away from Zurich Hauptbahnhoff (main train station). The hotel is located in a stunning location! High on a mountain with a panoramic view – on one side you see all of Zurich, and on the other side, hills and mountains – very beautiful! It is easy to get to the hotel from Zurich city – about a 20-minute drive, and public transportation in Switzerland is very convenient. Then there’s roughly a 10-minute walk up to the hotel (a lovely walk in the forest with a well-maintained path, really easy). The hotel staff is courteous and wonderful; they helped us with our luggage both ways, assisted with all our inquiries, and were willing to fulfill any request. Lovely and kind people, beautiful location, and an excellent breakfast!!

The apartment is spacious, very clean, equipped with everything we could need, of high quality. The location is excellent, in the city center, a few minutes away from the train station. Marco cuddled us with lots of attention, provided detailed information in advance about the access to parking and apartment, and about places where we could have dinner and breakfast. He prepared very nice welcoming organic treats, which have been a very nice surprise for us. Thank you, we will come back.

Very luxurious. Loved our private transfer on arrival (from Zurich HB train station to the hotel). Breakfast was amazing with buffet and A-La Carte options. Our room was great, very spacious with plenty closet space and a modern bathroom. There are forest paths for running and walking around the hotel. We loved the spa - amazing facilities.
