There was a warmth feeling of staying at Hotelino. The room and the hotel are charming and very well decorated. Alice is very friendly. Great breakfast!

Fabulous, cosy and delicious food - a real treat. The local area was magical after snow too! Staff were super friendly and dinner and breakfast were both fantastic.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.

It was a 100 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Kulm Hotel when visiting St. Moritz. Every stuff was professional, warm and kind. The faculties were in classic style but modernised with perfect usability and accessibility. I highly recommend the spa and treatment at Kulm Hotel as well.
