It was a pleasure to stay at this nice hotel with a central location. We have very delicious dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and were really satisfied with it. The room was lovely comfortable. We are planning to visit the hotel in the future some more times.

Amazing stay for a birthday, felt welcomed from the start. We were allowed to leave our bags before the room was ready, Basel city card was prepared prior to arrival, the bags were delivered up into the room for when we checked in. There was a kitchen section on each level with good facilities like kettle, coffee, tea and a fruit basket. Everything felt detailed and we were well looked after. Very organised, we were pleased. Wish we could stay longer!

Nice staffs who could help us for everything include the very comfort and connecting rooms. We ask for late check out on my last day and the staff could help us for 1 room complimentary. This is more than my expectations.

Frankly speaking the upgrade to a bigger room. The room itself and all the facilities of the hotel were amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and what I’m expecting.

Great location near the spa, near city, near Rhine river. Room was big, well equipped, very nice room. Hotel lunch/dinner restaurant was good. Breakfast can slightly improve quality. Staff was very polite. Spa was excellent, direct connect from the hotel. The only drawback I would personally say is that hotel price seems high for a 4* hotel.

Loved this apartment, really close to the river and very central. Bigger than we thought it would be, spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. Really easy to get in and everything provided that we could have needed. Our group included a 5 year old and granny and it suited everyone. Communication with the host was great and would recommend it to anyone visiting Basel.
