Amazing stay for a birthday, felt welcomed from the start. We were allowed to leave our bags before the room was ready, Basel city card was prepared prior to arrival, the bags were delivered up into the room for when we checked in. There was a kitchen section on each level with good facilities like kettle, coffee, tea and a fruit basket. Everything felt detailed and we were well looked after. Very organised, we were pleased. Wish we could stay longer!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the city's main attractions and the main railway station. It's also very easy to reach from the EuroAirport via Bus 50, which conveniently stops at the railway station. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service!

Loved this apartment, really close to the river and very central. Bigger than we thought it would be, spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. Really easy to get in and everything provided that we could have needed. Our group included a 5 year old and granny and it suited everyone. Communication with the host was great and would recommend it to anyone visiting Basel.
