Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . Cool design hotel, great location. Helpful out of hours check in instructions. Loved the little self-serve coffee bar (inc fruit) near my room.

The junior suite was beautiful, super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast superb. Pool and it's area was really enjoyable. Location fantastic and staff of the hotel nice and friendly.

The Courtyard by Marriott Basel offers direct access to the Aquabasilea water park at a surcharge. The EuroAirport Basel can be reached by taxi within 20 minutes. Free WiFi is available.

Great location near the spa, near city, near Rhine river. Room was big, well equipped, very nice room. Hotel lunch/dinner restaurant was good. Breakfast can slightly improve quality. Staff was very polite. Spa was excellent, direct connect from the hotel. The only drawback I would personally say is that hotel price seems high for a 4* hotel.
