Staying at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler was an unparalleled experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even coordinated the delivery of a special collectible teddy bear 🥹 I wanted from their Whistler location to the Fairmont Vancouver, making my stay truly memorable. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional, and every interaction with the staff was warm and professional. Pool and sauna were great, nice to swim in/outdoor. Nice to be on the outside of the village where it can be a little loud. Suite was more complete than we expected, definitely took advantage of the full kitchen

Lovely location and friendly staff woth personality, which is nice to see in a large chain hotel. I thought the food and beverage prices were very reasonable too considering its location.
