We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

The beds at the Four Seasons are so comfy, I always get the best sleep there

Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

The suite was fabulous. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice selection of coffees. Complimentary artisan chocolates were a nice touch. Appreciated turn down service and complimentary bottle of wine that was offered upon checking-in. All staff were courteous. Enjoyed a bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier in the lounge One Restaurant. Returned later in the evening for dinner. Meals were excellent. The hotel's location is near Casa Loma where we took in the Holiday Lights.

Everything from entering the building to leaving the building was absolutely exceptional. Having the option to store our luggage before check-in time was priceless and really made the experience even better. A fantastic service. Even booking the hotel was so easy. We used the restaurant before check-in. The restaurant staff Tuck it upon themselves go above and beyond to check up on our room to see if it was available which was a service. Every single staff member was happy, fast and made genuine kind conversation (which did not take away from them working extremely hard) . The staff went out of their way to compliment my daughter which made her feel special and happy .The friendliness was genuine and I feel like this staff looked happy which coming from working in the industry is rare. The food was delicious. Excellent large portions . It came to our table quickly. The room was exceptionally clean. I called down with a couple questions and they did not make you feel bad. They called you by name which was so personable and I really appreciate that. We called down four more complimentary coffee and the friendliness was so welcoming. The service was quick. Everything from the checking desk to the putting our luggage away to the restaurant to the security guard to the two men, which I assume were maybe head office people. They were friendly and made me feel safe. Going to such a big event that we went to, The hotel was quiet which I did not know what to expect. Everything was spaced out and I understood exactly where to go. It was controlled and clean and friendly and I felt like I was staying with friends, that's how friendly this was. We did miss room service by 8 minutes but the person on the phone was so heartwarming nice. They allowed us to order some food which was very late. I felt so safe waiting outside due to the friendly warm security officer or whomever Job it was to stand outside.

This is an absolutely brilliant place. The room was very comfortable, clean, modern, and cosy. The room had air conditioning, which was needed for the very hot temperatures, considering temperature was over 40 celsius, it was a great bonus. The bed was very, very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. It had everything we needed. The kitchen area was also perfect, providing all of the essentials for the trip. The en - suite bathroom was modern, clean, and the shower was powerful and warm. The host was so lovely and wonderful and extremely helpful with all of our questions and assisting us with everything we needed and helped when we got stuck. She made many recommendations and gave lots of advice. Facilities were exactly what we needed. The location is great, not too close to town, and all of the noise but still close enough to be convenient. Access to the efficent public transport is a 2 min walk away and gets you where you need to be. Very highly recommended, the perfect place and amazing host.
