Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

The location is very central, easy access to old town Toronto and to the station. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Be proud.

Everything from entering the building to leaving the building was absolutely exceptional. Having the option to store our luggage before check-in time was priceless and really made the experience even better. A fantastic service. Even booking the hotel was so easy. We used the restaurant before check-in. The restaurant staff Tuck it upon themselves go above and beyond to check up on our room to see if it was available which was a service. Every single staff member was happy, fast and made genuine kind conversation (which did not take away from them working extremely hard) . The staff went out of their way to compliment my daughter which made her feel special and happy .The friendliness was genuine and I feel like this staff looked happy which coming from working in the industry is rare. The food was delicious. Excellent large portions . It came to our table quickly. The room was exceptionally clean. I called down with a couple questions and they did not make you feel bad. They called you by name which was so personable and I really appreciate that. We called down four more complimentary coffee and the friendliness was so welcoming. The service was quick. Everything from the checking desk to the putting our luggage away to the restaurant to the security guard to the two men, which I assume were maybe head office people. They were friendly and made me feel safe. Going to such a big event that we went to, The hotel was quiet which I did not know what to expect. Everything was spaced out and I understood exactly where to go. It was controlled and clean and friendly and I felt like I was staying with friends, that's how friendly this was. We did miss room service by 8 minutes but the person on the phone was so heartwarming nice. They allowed us to order some food which was very late. I felt so safe waiting outside due to the friendly warm security officer or whomever Job it was to stand outside.
