Excellent small hotel with warm personnel. Receptionists and doormen were all kind, pleasant, and helpful. We arrived early and the room was not ready but they texted me as soon as the room was ready. We walked around the neighborhood while waiting and it was very nice. Lobby was very attractive and comfortable and many people were reading/relaxing in front of the fire. Room was quiet and comfortable, supplied with the nespresso machine and ample supply of capsules. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had in recent years. We had a very pleasant stay and would go back again.

The walk to Vieux Quebec and restaurants was short, and we were close to all the touristy things we wanted to do. Bonus - bring a helmet and rent an e-bike to get around. ÀVélo e-bike service was a huge hit with our teenagers and allowed us to tour all the historical sites with 14 year olds grinning ear to ear and posing for photos. Bonus - the St Roch neighbourhood that the property is located in has lots to offer: basketball courts, river walks, a short bike ride to La Grande Marche and even free swimming for the kids (within four blocks walking distance). The Ramen restaurant was delicious. We arrived hopeful and left with full hearts.

Well appointed rooms that were large and clean. The shower was incredible- massage and rain shower. The whole hotel was well managed and well looked after. It was very nice to have a room in the urbania section with the extra touches of the lounge area and breakfast options. The grounds were pretty and bigger than we’d expected. The pool was good - there was a lifeguard and plenty of towels. It got busy as it’s summer but was very quiet after 5pm which worked for us as we spent the day in the city. Very pleasant and friendly staff who were helpful. We ate breakfast and had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. A relaxing stay in an excellent hotel.
