The view was amazing. Watched the fireworks from the room with no obstacles in the view. Because i was staying here only for one night, i wanted to make the stay perfect. And i made the right choice by choosing this room. It was the perfect stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Slept very well. The gym was 24hrs open.

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.

Beautiful, full of character and welcoming. Indoor pool is lovely. Highly recommend. Warning that the resort fee and HST make price higher than listed online. Amazing Indian restaurant directly opposite too.

We were upgraded to the cottage room #28. (I am guessing for an anniversary surprise.) It was absolutely lovely. Between the welcome note wishing us a Happy Anniversary, the chocolates and the rose each day, we absolutely loved our stay. We also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was delicious. Our server Kate was second to none. She was wonderful. When we checked in to the hotel, the gentleman working the front desk - Kevin I believe his name was - is also incredible and personable. The bakery next door is the best way to start each morning. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back someday.
