We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Reception was extremely helpful and extraordinary friendly, Restaurant same and food was also awesome, breakfast as well as dinner. Fantastic stay over my birthday!!!!! Many thanks!!!

The hotel is astounding. Nicely decorated in a historical building, the rooms are spacious and very well equipped, the bathrooms among the best we’ve ever visited (no bathtub though). The location was perfect, close to the shopping area and a nice walk to the Old Montréal district. And the staff very welcoming and professional.

I don't know how we paid so little for such a great stay. Last night on our Canada trip and the beds were so good. My own bed is a dream and this one come pretty close! Oh and the shower... You wan't to stay there forever. The room was big enough to sort the luggage of 4 people after two weeks on the road.
