Well located, friendly staff, patient with my novice French which I insisted upon speaking although they offered to switch to English, just really cosy and amazing rooftop deck, peaceful, beautiful murals, lots of choice at breakfast, comfy room with kitchen facilities, what's not to love? Loved the flexi-policy which allowed my friend to join me in the room for a few nights and reasonably priced parking for her car.

Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service. Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!

Fantastic location! We could walk everywhere and the Metro station is very close. Beautiful rooftop patio and nice patio off the room. The option to use the spa is a nice addition and they offer a guest discount. The spa is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast was very good! Staff were helpful and friendly.
