I loved it all. Period. Joao who manages the hotel may only be in his late 20s but his warmth, thoughtfulness, friendliness and the whole team's focus on giving you a special experience and time is evident from the moment you arrive. Sometimes you stay at a hotel where you may be greeted with professionalism. On a few occasions you move beyond that and create a true human and sincere connection. Joao is dedicated to making your stay truly and positively memorable and was so helpful in each and every way possible. So - long story short.
