It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.

The apartments were very modern and elegant, well decorated and exceptionally clean. There is a really nice thermal zone available to all guests throughout the day. We loved our stay, and moreso thanks to Irina’s hospitality who did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay!

Amazing place - it had a jacuzzi & a sauna & the property was super clean and well maintained. The hosts were hospitable and helpful and there was free parking. There were a couple of shops in the neighbourhood nearby and the kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of pots, pans, cutlery.

Everything is new and well thought. It was clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and ready to help you with everything. To go to the bathtub and enjoy the view while it’s cold outside is a must do!
