The indoor pool and spa facilities were perfectly clean. The water temperature was just right. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. We loved the peace and quiet throughout the hotel. It's close enough to the town centre, so going out for dinner is no hassle.

Location of the hotel is the best you can wish according to me At the entrance of the park Sveti Vrach and at the beginning of the main street of the town. Although I didn't use any of facilities in the hotel (I came to visit the town.) I saw large number of facilities for relax or SPA. Some guest were lingering up and down in the hotel wearing SPA gowns and SPA slippers giving a feeling of being in their own homes. Hallways in the hotel are bright, clean and broad. Room was spacious with modern interior. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
