It was the best apartment we have ever stayed in Bulgaria. Bright, clean, very spacious. Private parking just next to the entrance. Well equipped kitchen, fitted for the longest stays. Really large rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent communication with them. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. They offered the breakfast with few option to choose from. Also we tried the restaurant: interesting mix of cuisines of Europe and Balkans. I only haven't tried the desserts but they looked promising. Spa was nice and totally empty so you could enjoy the total privacy. This is a small boutique hotel and everything in the spa looked brand new. There is parking space too.

Unexpected excellent services, clean and spacious room, very good and diverse food at the restaurant (half board), free parking place, near the center. Final conclusion: Don't judge a book by its cover! Probably you will see the old external face, but the new interior, the staff, the restaurant are great. Congratulations for all!

Wonderful spacious apartment with amazing view. Clean, very warm, convenient, with everything required in the bathroom and kitchen for a comfortable stay. Very warm so it's easy to dry clothes after a day of skiing. Perfect for 2 people

Everything was clean. Room was cosy and comfortable. Staff was nice and polite. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It was great at two meals. I'm very impressed that they leave child slippers and bathrobe in our room for our daughter. I've stayed lots of hotels around the world. Mostly five stars hotels. But never experienced this level of care. It made us very happy.

Everything was great, the view from the window really magical. If I'm not mistaken the hotel is being renovated. Also the spa services were closed. The room was spotless and the food we tried very tasty. The staff is kind. I hope we come back in snowy weather.
