The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

Brilliant location within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit in Plovdiv. A very comfortable apartment which has everything one could need for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the complimentary fruit and mineral water. The kitchen is perfectly set up which gave us an opportunity to vary the restaurant routine and eat "at home" which was a nice change. Communication was easy and fast and we encountered no problem of any kind. Highly recommended for a perfect visit to Plovdiv.
