Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and warm — very comfortable overall. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water and all necessary amenities. The living room had a large couch that could easily fit four people, and the TV offered many channels. The kitchenette was a big plus — it had a fridge and was perfect for preparing quick snacks. The restaurant served tasty homemade food, and having lunch in the garden while the sun was shining was a real treat. The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bar offered a great variety of drinks, and the snack bar was perfect for children who didn’t want to eat at the regular meal times. We also enjoyed the activities — the gaming room was fun, and we went hiking and cycling in the mountains. We definitely plan to come back for a ski vacation! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful — a mesmerizing view of the Rila forest, close to a river, and the air was fresh and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Breakfast and dinner were better than I was expected. Big variety of dishes. Swimming pool with warm water. My children played there for hours and didn't want to go out. Sauna, aroma sauna and steam room were very good. It was good facilities for relaxation after skiing. Room was spacious and warm. All wet clothes dried quickly.

Really recommended place. Very close to the slopes, it takes 7,8 minutes with child. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For example, when we entered the spa with our child, they immediately asked if we needed a floatie or inflatable armbands. When we went into the playroom and everything was turned off, the receptionist quickly came in and turned everything on for us—just one of many thoughtful gestures. They really paid attention to every detail, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The room was fully equipped with everything we could need—quality bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, mirrors—nothing was missing. Very clean and a little view at the mountain from our room. A wide range of food eventhough we were at the end of season. So cute two huge aquariums in the restaurant - we enjoyed looking at them. The spa center was absolutely fantastic - clean, friendly staff and pretty relaxed. I also have to praise the ski rental—two wonderful people working there, very friendly and helpful. See you next year!

A very warm welcome from the very friendly lady on reception. The hotel is in a very quiet location and is basic but clean, nice breakfast the next morning with a very kind gentleman working in the restaurant.

This is a beautiful hotel very close to the Rila Mountains in the city of Sapareva Banya. We enjoyed the location, the wellness area and the rooftop pool as well. The food (both the breakfast and the dinner) is varied and the quality is excellent. The staff were always really kind and nice to us. We will definitely return here in the future.

Location is perfect for hiking; spa facilities are really nice (even though we were there is high season some steam baths and saunas were closed so it got really busy in the afternoon); view from the restaurant is amazing. Rooms are spacious, make sure you bring toiletries as the ones on site are really basic.

Breakfast was satisfactory - covered all food groups and food was fresh. The coffee was of lowest possible quality. Location is great; however, it is sad that they've cut down quite a lot of the trees to assure their SPA view.
