The location is nice - close to the old town, but still quiet. We used the sauna and steam room - the entire relax Zone was well done and very pleasant. The beds are comfy, the AC works. The restaurant is lovely - excellent food and service.

This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in Bulgaria. The attention to detail, which includes a Dyson hairdryer! Is 5 star. The food was a highlight, generous portions, fresh ingredients, served by friendly staff in a lovely alfresco setting despite being in the built up area of Veliko Turnovo. A short walk from Tsarevets and the Archeological Museum. A special touch is car parking, though in the street, is paid by the hotel. If you dont manage to secure a room here come to eat!
