The communication with Nisrine was really easy, she has been super helpful recommending places to go in Brussel. The apartment is perfect, very well decorated, and makes you feel home! It's even better than in photos! You are absolutely getting what you pay for and will be delighted by the exceptional jacuzzi for a relax moment out of any worries. The access to the accommodation is also a big +++, with the metro, you are there in a few minutes, that's super convenient. New hotel, open three days when we arrived. Super enthusiastic staff. Very comfortable. My requested very late checkout was very reasonable and the concierge's reservation was dinner was memorable. It oozes luxury.

It is a lovely hotel. Room size was smaller then expected but it was enough for our needs. We have booked extra spa service (full body massage) and it was divine. We have also used pool facilities which were great, especially that their was barely any people in it. Breakfast was OK, simple but everything was fresh and it was enough for us. Hotel is located about 15 min walk down the hill to the city center which was manageable. I would def recommend this hotel for a stay in Brussels.
