My son is 21 years old. Stayed sick in a hotel bed in a room. I called the receptionist to get a doctor. Three times they ordered a doctor at the hotel's expense. Every half hour they visited him in the room. with medicine and hot tea. in order to burn at home. Great location between train station and old town (and away from the day-tripping crowds of people). Clean, comfortable room, Good wifi and buffet breakfast. Best was the pool on the roof because Mostar was hot when I was there in August... very hot!!

The expwrience we had with this location was great from one end to another. The receptionist was helpful and kind, the apartment was spacious and similar with the photos posted on the website. What we really liked was the spa and swimming pool that we had for ourself as no one was using it during our stay

The hotel was fantastic, very comfortable beds/rooms, the staff could not have done enough for us and were very welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet style with lots to choose from. The Spa was clean and really relaxing.
