The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

The location was great, very close to the Old Bridge. Staff were extremely helpful. We arrived one day later. They couldn't help us to pay the second night only because of the contract with Bookingcom, but they offered a free night in the future. As we had an early departure in the morning, the staff prepared a lunch bag for us and drove us to the bus station. Amazing people.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Host was very nice, friendly and exceptionally warm. Host asked us several times if we need anything, so that was very nice. Would like to recommend this apartment for future guests definitely.

Thank you Mirela for your hospitality and very useful tips! Apartament is very clean and fully equipped. Big plus for a parking spot. If you have a big/long car then it requires some skills but anyway its easier than finding a free parking slot in the city center :) Right next to the apartament is a small grocery shop and bakery. From apartament is about 5min walk to main Mostar attractions. Its also a good place to stay if you are planning to visit neirby attractions (Kravica/Jablanica Lake etc.).

Ferienhaus Biograci had everything we needed for our family of 5 - and more. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The floors are heated which was amazing.
