Service was amazing, when I checked in staff asked about why I booked and I told them it was a weekend planned for my birthday with my family and gave a complimentary bottle of wine. They explained everything about the place, what they had to offer and things we could do. Our apartment was amazing, spacious, modern and very clean.

Our stay at the Palms at Avoca was exceptional. Beautiful natural location set in the value, proximity to the beach and shops, lovely villas, neatly maintained and clean facilities stand out. The Villa was self-catering, clean, tidy, and the beds were comfy. Absolutely no issues with any of the facilities like stovetop, oven or hot showers. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and gave us a virtual tour of the property as well local tourist tips. The jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, kids enjoyed the most. Even though we did not go in ideal summer weather, the place gave us a feel of a hill station. overall, a great trip at a great price.
