Very quiet, beautiful retreat surrounded by forrest. Very nice cottage overhaul, well equipped with love to details. Nice bathroom with private hot tub ❤️ Loved it very much!

We stayed in the Victorian Suite. The room was large and the king sized bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, toaster and a kettle. Breakfast was supplied for in room self preparation - toast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and a local spring water which was a nice touch. Location is great being metres away from the main strip in Olinda.

During our stay, we were greeted warmly by the hosts and their charming family of animals, including two friendly dogs, playful donkeys, majestic horses, cuddly cats, and even a talking bird that kept us entertained throughout. The setting was picturesque, with sprawling fields, fresh air, and the soothing sounds of nature all around. The highlight of our trip was the hands-on horse riding lessons. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, the farm offers personalized instruction that makes it fun and engaging. Spending time with the horses, grooming them, and learning to ride was an unforgettable experience. What made this stay even more special was the sense of community and simplicity. Playing with the dogs, or listening to the chatter of the talking bird added so much charm. It felt like stepping back in time, surrounded by the peace and beauty of rural life. For those seeking relaxation, the farm provides plenty of spots to unwind—a swing under a tree, a hammock near the fields, or a cozy nook to enjoy the sunsets. Staying on this farm is more than just a vacation; it’s an enriching experience that reminds us of the joys of nature and the value of simple living. Highly recommended for families, couples, or solo travellers looking to reconnect with the outdoors. We can’t wait to return and relive this unique farm life experience!

Location is perfect: few tens meter can reach (coles super) market, EV charge station, box hill train station and lots of oriental restaurants. Kitchen equipments are comprehensive: rice cooker, dish washer, all size cookwares. Free parking: private parking space in basement next to elevators. Highly recommend Chinese speakers to stay this apartment, you won’t regret!!!

Tranquil and convenient location, room was very comfortable and we liked it a lot. The surrounding areas were lush and green, pleasant to take a lovely stroll. The homeowners/managers were lovely, a joy to get to know and interact with.
