We loved this hotel, that used to be called The Byron at Byron but now belongs to the Crystalbrook group. We had a rainforest suite on the ground floor and loved it. Was spacious, clean, had a bathtub and had a washing machine/dryer which is amazing if you’re travelling around Australia for a month. The staff is kind and helpful. The prices at the restaurant (Forest and Veranda) are quite high but the food is excellent. The hotel is frequented by actors and musicians. The pool is amazing, as is the tenniscourt and the beach (Tallow Beach) that is close to the resort.

The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the main street in Byron yet it feels so secluded at Garden Burees. We had our own private comfortable bungalow, we also rented bikes for only $15 each to cycle to the Cape Lighthouse which was beautiful. Abi at reception was amazing, so welcoming and gave us great restaurant recommendations, I went with my sister but will 100% go back for solo trip and with my partner, loved it🥰

it is an amazing location to stay, with super vibes. it is super quiet to sleep and you are surrounded by nature, and there is no a/c needed to sleep well. And it takes only a 20 min. walk to get to the city. The host are super friendly and will help you out with anything you need.
