I like the location and hospitality of the hotel team. After arrival, we were greeted with drinks and while drinking the wonderful lady came to us, and we filled up our details. The Complementary Summer Card covered everything around the area including cable car, boat ride, bus and train. Amazing breakfast. Private parking facility available and 7 minutes walk to the lake. From our balcony we had the lake and Mountain View both . Last but not in the list I wake up from sleep hearing bell from the cow who are grassing on the Alps.

My husband and I loved everything, especially the professional, very helpful yet patient smiling staff who made us feel at home away from our home. From Emma and Jessica at the front desk who helped arrange all our many daily activities , to Eltin who helped shuttle us to the ski slopes, the town and back in a very VIP and timely fashion, to Joseph who helped ease away our tensions and sore muscles with his unique nerve muscle vibration technique, as part of the hotel's extensive Wellness and Spa area and especially to both Daniel and Stephanos who helped end our wonderful days with the perfect Negroni, and bartender recommendations of Figo, Holy Water, Whisky Sour and Pornstar Martini to name a few, next to the bar's roaring warm fireplace after our long active days. Of course, we cannot forget the food culture embraced by the hotel kitchen- some amazing breakfast choice offerings like the Vogl Deluxe and Stained Salmon She-Loin , not to mention dinner offerings such as the house beef tartare and homemade sorbets and crackers.. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.
