Great location beside the lake surrounded by mountains. Very close to ski resorts, shops and restaurants . Apartment was well equipped, whatever we needed everything was there, we couldn't ask for more. Harald the host was very friendly, he made us feel welcome and we were well looked after. Can highly recommend this place.

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. This place is a dream. We stayed at the junior sweet just for one night. The dinner was outstanding. The staff so friendly and attentive. We used the spa facilities and they were amazing. The garden with the lake access was just too good to be true. We are definitely coming back. We had breakfast in the garden overlooking the mountains.
