We loved our stay there. Although we stayed only for a short time, we felt welcome and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, rooms are nice. We didn’t have breakfast and couldn’t use the spa facilities, because we arrived too late at night and left early in the morning, but it’s a nice addition if you stay a little longer.

The hotel was a little tricky to find but once I got there, I was glad to have booked my stay. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. I would surely stay here again.

A hidden gem in the Austrian Dolomites. The hotel's location is excellent- just beside the Tristachersee lake, a dream come true for every visitor. The rooms are in impeccable condition, and the food is on another level - I have to mention that the restaurant is in the Michelin guide. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every aspect you may need. My thanks to every member of the Kreuzer family who is running the place; they make you feel at home and provide every little detail for your comfort and convenience. This place made me feel like a member of a happy family - a valuable feature which, unfortunately, is forgotten these days in most tourist places all over the world. I don't know where to start... the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet place where time seems to have stood still. The apartments are spacious. We were greeted by a baby cot and a high chair... completely free of charge. The staff is friendly and approachable. They serve homemade products for breakfast. The wellness area is a big plus, the saunas are wonderful. We can't wait to come back.
