All the spa facilities are great. The panorama spa which is only for hotel guests is amazing, with breathtaking view. The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and we felt just great! There's a bus station 1 min away from the hotel that takes you every hour to the gondola. The apartment we rented was clean, big, silent and cozy. Breakfast was very diverse and reach. We had dinner almost every night as the food is great and not so expensive, and the sauna, steam bath, resting area and showers are really nice. The stuff is super friendly, very educated and well trained. We felt like in a family because of how nice they were all the time. Even when I'd ask a lot of questions online, the receptionists were always responding fast and replying very polite and will all requested details. They are the best. I would return to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
